What kind of world it is
This is the preset for people who already have a setting: a book of their own, a campaign they ran at the table, or a world invented five minutes ago. The narrator gets exactly what you wrote for it and holds to that.
You can start small: a name, a couple of paragraphs on how the place works, and the first scene. The rest gets written as you go — rules are entered in the game settings and take effect from the next turn.
How it plays
Seven attributes: strength, agility, endurance, perception, intellect, will, charm. That is enough to roll dice; everything else is your own layer on top.
The rules themselves do not change: a declared stake, d100, wounds, death. An empty world means no content, not the absence of a judge.
